At M419 Custom Rods, we build rods to perform at the highest level—delivering unmatched sensitivity, strength, and reliability in every application.

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a warranty and service program designed for serious anglers who demand performance.

🎣 CUSTOM BUILT. NO COMPROMISES.

Every M419 rod is handcrafted to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

We do not offer traditional returns or refunds on custom-built rods.

🛠 LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (OPEN WATER & FLY RODS)

All spinning, casting, and fly rods are eligible for a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

🔴 REGISTRATION REQUIRED

To activate warranty coverage:

  • Rod must be registered within 30 days of delivery
  • Registration must be completed through the “Register Your Rod” page on our website
  • Proof of purchase is required

    👉 Failure to register within 30 days may result in denial of warranty coverage.

If a defect is confirmed:

  • Rod will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
  • Service Fee: $20 per approved claim

❄️ ICE ROD WARRANTY

All M419 Ice Rods are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

🔴 REGISTRATION REQUIRED

  • Must be registered within 30 days of delivery
  • Same registration process applies

⚠️ WHAT IS COVERED

  • Manufacturing defects in blank, guides, or assembly
  • Structural failure under normal fishing conditions
  • Issues that present early in the rod’s life

👉 Most true defects will appear within the first 30 days of use

❌ WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Accidental damage (high sticking, stepping on rod, car doors, etc.)
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (cosmetic damage, grip wear, etc.)
  • Modifications or alterations after delivery

🔁 REPLACEMENT PROGRAM (OUTSIDE WARRANTY)

We understand accidents happen.

If your rod is damaged outside of warranty coverage, we offer a replacement program at a reduced cost.

Contact us with details and we’ll work with you to get you back on the water.

📦 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once production has started, changes are no longer guaranteed

⏱ BUILD TIME

All rods are built to order.

Standard lead time: 2–3 weeks

During peak seasons, build times may vary

📩 WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of the rod and damage
